Network speed/usage

Is there a plugin to monitor network use/speed? Something similar to PCMags tool NetPerSec?

i use jalcd for it and display it on a lcd

Can JALcd send data to girder or does it control the lcd directly?

normally jalcd is using the display directly.
but it has powerful extension - so you can use a socket-connection, files, .. to exchange data with girder (and let girder display everything).
maybe you let jalcd display everything - it has some really nice features.
