Hey, was wondering if anyone can help me. I'm COMPLETELY new to this stuff, but I have a Creative Live Drive IR that came w/ my Creative Sound Blaster Live! card, and it came w/ a remote (RM-900) and it's USELESS except in this one MP3 program that came with the card. I WANT to use the remote to operate a DVD program on my computer (ATI's DVD player program) and I was wondering HOW in the world to do it. I can't exactly figure out if Girder will even work with the remote, as the Live Drive that captures the IR sends it directly to the soundcard. If anyone could lay some advice on me I'd REALLY appreciate it.

Thanks Mark, I looked through that and found a poor but effective program for what I wanted to do. I can use my remote to control my computer's DVD player now, and so I'm pretty happy. I guess I'll find more things to do with it later.
