Igor plugin no longer a pain in the arse

i dont know if u know already but the version of the girdser plugin in the dl page is NOT the latest...
the latest version found on the makers site http://www.cesko.host.sk/girderplugin.htm has a new feature that lets u choose how many bits at the end to read so u no longer have the problem of the garbage at the beginig of the IR-code that screws the config....

Beware - I get application hangs in WinXP SP1 with IgorPlug 1.12 when opening up the advance settings section. So I am back to 1.01 now.

I know that when Igor released the USB version I had problem using the serial IR receiver with the USB compatible IGOR-PLUG... I didn't test more recent since then for serial, I keep the working one.

I know that the USB version works fine with the USB IGOR, but I'm out of date about the latests. Stupid school exams. :(

OK, after a few tests , here's the point for the Igor Plugin + Windows XP SP1 + Serial IR receiver :

- Current version of Igor Plugin (1.12) make Girder crash, whatever your COM port's settings are.
- Version 1.01 is working well (download it under the download section here in www.girder.nl).

Test done with a Shuttle SB61G2 (MotherBoard FB61 V2.1).
