Hi,
I use an IR extender device (from remote technology ltd.) with a logitech remote, and it seems to send out signals by its own. This interferes with operation as this tends to make some commands to execute randomly. I have tried several other IR programs and the only one that doesn´t have this unwanted IR problem is IRassistant(www.irassistant.com) and that seems to exclude the unwanted signals but unfortunately there is a bug in this program that makes the program stop working after a period of time. Would it be possible to incorporate a filter of some sorts in to Girder or find out how IRassistant does away with this problem so I could use Girder ?
When I go into hyperterm I get these symbols/characters on 9600,8,n,1 "ððððððððððððððøàðððððð ððàððððàðð" (I did copy and paste but the characters changed it´s more like "------ó---°°°----°--óóó"(random timing)
Hope you can help me with this.
Regards,
Kristjan Ulfsson
BTW: Has anyone else had a similar problem ?
