Well, I guess it's not right to post a message about another program in a forum about Girder, but given the impossibility to find a plug-in which works fine with the Avermedia TV capture series of cards and after 3 days of meditation I've decided to do it. First of all, I have to say that Girder is the best application in his field and I hope this solution to be transitory until the definitive solution appears.
The solution is a little Spanish program called JKD-Remote XP. It is specifically designed for ALL KIND of Avermedia cards and works perfectly. I've been using it for about two weeks without any problem. Best of all, it's very easy to configure, and like Girder you can download modules to control very popular applications (BSPlayer, Explorer, PowerDVD, WinDVD, ...). There's an English version and it's very easy to translate into other languages.
