WinTV and Girder. I can't take it anymore...

I've got the WinTV USB hooked up to my computer and Girder running as well. Girder works perfectly until I start up the WinTV software to watch the TV...then it seems like Girder turns off or stalls out. My remote pretty well dies. but the second I close the WinTV software, the remote works again. :-?

I've downloaded and installed the WinTV plugin, but no luck there... :evil:

I've searched the Forum for any info but I'm not sure what to do...any ideas would be great.
