I tried installing the LCD Plugin found in the downloads section to experiemntt with my new Crystalfonts 634 display. The display is working fine with the CrytalControl utility... I get this error after installing the plugin and cannot seem to get rid of the error even after deleting the files that were installed:

Girder.exe - Unable to Locate Compoennt

This application has failed to start because LCD.dll was not found. This was happening even when I verified that lcd.dll was in fact in the plugins directory for girder. Also, it doesn;t seem to "crash" girder. If I jsut click "OK" the message goes away and girder start up normally. I just want to get rid of the remnants of the LCD plugin ar get it working basically. Any clue what might be going on? THanks.

Well, I deleted the file "futabavfd.dll" which is packaged with the LCD plugin but not referenced to in the readme. That took care of the error message and a quick configuration of the plugin provided a good test screen. Now if only I can figure out how to use this thing now.....
