This message was sent to the developer and I thought I'd ask in the forum as well:
"Could you possible give me some tips on the logic of your plugin (DVDSpy). I have imported the example group into my existing GML and am having a hard time understanding what is really going on in it. I understand that you are using the dll's basically to "spy" on what whatever app is doing and deleiver that payload to the LCD plugin, but I don't understand how. I have a 20x4 display (CF 634) and am wondering if the screens themselves can be customized as well (i.e. layout changed)? The only things I have been able to get to work properly are the winamp and WMP (9) and have had no luck getting Zoomplayer to work at all. I have been using an application (frontend really) called myHTPC (www.myHTPC.net) since February alongside girder for control in my livingroom. This is a very customizable application that had reached some certain limits recently so a new version is in the works by Pablo (the developer). This is freeware and he is making it possible to make plugins for this application very easily. I was hoping that you might be able to work together (or just throw some tips his way at least) to get myHTPC up to snuff to work perfectly not only with girder...that is my real goal. Thanks and I hope to hear from you very soon."
