What can the Winamp3 plugin do?

Hi

I wonder what kind of things (or rather exactly what) can be done with Winamp from Girder, when using the Winamp 3 plugin?
In the description in the download area I read that it can "affect / query the state", which is not exactly specific.

I currently use Winamp 2.something, and I wonder if the Winamp 3 plugin is a reason to upgrade to Winamp 3?

Since I didn´t get any response on my initial question, I´ll be more specific. :)
Right now, when I use Winamp, I don´t use Girder but Winamp plugins to show data on the LCD, to choose playlists and so on with only the LCD as guidance.
Is there any plugin to Girder that lets me start, stop, add/delete songs in playlist, add songs in folder to playlist, load saved playlist in Winamp, and that expose variables that can be presentet on the LCD-display so that I don´t have to start up my projector when listening to music?
