Accessing Video Properties

I'm trying to get to my display properties and turn off my secondary display. Can't quite figure it out. I tried the capture feature but I'm having no luck.

Here's what I want to accomplish:

Set my display to 800x600. I have a hot key (powerstrip) for this (ctrl+alt+m) but can't get girder to simulate this.

Turn off my secondary display. I need to access my display properties, advanced, twinview and shut off my secondary display.

I'm running win2k and have a gforce2 mx twinview card (12.41 driver)
