I don't understand what's happening. Since you checked ctrl and F1, this should never be mistaken for a simple F1 keypress ?!?

However, try to do a command capture of TVTool. It's slightly more complex than sending a keypress but more reliable.

Start the capture, do your stuff on tvtool, stop the capture and select the event that was sent at this moment.

get keyboardex 2.1 from the download page and set it up to block the F1 key while sending to the application. don't forget to activate it in both lists, hardware and action plugins. some people seem to have problems using it on w9x... I've been using it on W2k since it's first release, and never had any problems....

I want to control tvtool with my remote.
So i have to use ctr+F1 to switch to TV and ctrl+F2 to switch to monitor. I check 'control' button and 'F1' in keyboard menu. But when I press button on the remote, it shows me girder help, like that I pressed only F1 without ctrl. Can anyone help me?

Thanks,

I don't want block F1.
I want to girder sends ctr+f1 at the same time. It seems that girder sends only F1 command without ctrl, thats why TVTOOL doesn switch to tv mode. I also tried with ALT and Shift but none of them works with functional keys.

I have already tried this, but when I started windows again and pres the button to switch to TV i got a message that girder cannot find a working window or something like that (i couldnt check it becouse I'm not at home right now) and nothing happened. Tv Tool is located in traybar and is runing at windows start.
