Retrieving group names via API (without TreePicker)

At this point this is not part of the API. I've noticed that there is lots of interest for it though. I'll consider implementing it in the coming weeks.

Who to do this?
I used GetLinkName() and had the name of all commands, but not the type of each one.

I'm trying to develop a "OSD Switch Menu Manager" plugin.

My ideas:

1. a single function API that returns a pointer to "Tree" structure.

or

2. a function similar to getlinkname() that returns a structure, whith name, type, etc. like PPCommand.
(or a token string, with name|type|etc.)
