Can't get Girder to learn input settings for HK receiver =(

I'm a newbie to Girder and just got my USB-UIRT up and running. However, I can't get Girder to learn the various input settings (e.g., CD, DVD, Video 1, Video 2, etc.) for my Harman Kardon 7200 receiver. It tries to learn the signal but only gets about 20% through.

I'm guessing this is because the HK remote isn't repeating itself like other commands. For example, my ReplayTV "power" command could be learned fine by Girder.

Can anyone help me out please on how to fix this? Perhaps they already know the RAW outputs for HK receiver inputs?
