Girder with Igor

I am having problem with a Brand new DELL Dimension 8300 Computer. On my old computer everything was working perfectly but on this brand new computer when I press a button on the remote every time girder shows different device ID. Any idea what maybe the problem?

Try to raise the priority in the plugin settings. If this doesn't help use the search function of the forum, as this question was answered quite often.
