Power VCR

I don't have PowerVCR. But in PowerVCR II you can use 'R' to start recording and 'P' to stop. Maybe it will work in PowerVCR too.

I just got Power VCR, Does anyone know keyboard shortcuts to operate this program. Mostly interested in ones that can start and stop recording.
