Mouse click

How can you click with your mouse, and hold it? So it's one long click of e.g. 1250 ms ?

I think you didn't understand my question:

You can set with Girder that if I push a button on my remote, the command must be: 'Click'.
Now, how can i set the command to 'Click and hold' during 1250 ms?

Aren't that commands to move the pointer of the mouse?? :-\
