Is there a way to send commands like winlirc?
(ip: 127.0.0.1 port 8765)
with the internet event server?

i'd like to know if i can send a tcp message to ip 127.0.0.1 by port 8765 like winlirc do
it will be very usefull for control programs without have a compatible winlirc remote

I am not familiar with winlirc.

I think you can use luasockets plugin to do what you want. The interneteventserver will probably not work.
