Vobsub - Change Timing

I've seen some messages related to Girder and Vobsub, and how to change subs stream... That's not a very big deal...

What I'm trying to do is to change Subtitle timing on-the-fly... Direct VobSub provides a config tab where I can change a value in millisecs and I would like to make this by remote key pess...

Anyone faced this?
Is there any message or work arround for this...

I'm thinking in a complicated solution opening the dialog, entering the value (that I store in some variable) and closing... but I'm sure this will be ugly...

anyway when I have the solution I'll post it here.
