"Cannot load watch library" message

Make sure that watch.dll is in the same dir as girder.exe. If you don't have watch.dll then reinstall.

I am new to Girder and have basic functionality up and running. I am trying to use the capture facility. When I press the capture button, I get a message which says "Cannot load watch library". This is something new. I was capturing events a couple of days ago, although I couldn't make them work, but that's another story. Anyone know what the problem is?
