is there a way to hold Left click down to drag something?

i'm currently making a mouse management group.
ANd i would like to create a toggle button:
when pressing once, left click is held down, when pressing again, left click is released.

DOes someone know a way to do that?

I just want to know the command that will maintain mouse's Left button down.

Other thinks to do are describes in the help file.
