Learning event with some plugins... I`m confused

I don`t get how Learn Event and some plugins work. Standard is when I click on Add Command and then on Learn Even to assign one remote controll key to it ,and then on Action Tabs I decide what to controll with that key. And with some plugins I have to choose what to do with some program on Learn Event... well how can I assign remote control key to that function when I already Learned something else with it (and I should have assigned remote control key there). In that case what is Action Tabs for anyway?

I am not quite sure what you are asking....

You can have multiple events per command. Some plugins generate events. Other plugins perform commands - selected from the plugins tab.
