Why can't I target the Display Properties window to receive a keyboard key? It only works when set as foreground task.

Some windows dialogs are difficult to target. What exactly are you trying to do?

I want to make a shortcut for changing tv format PAL/NTSC. This requires me to go through several clicks and menues so I thought I would try to make a shortcut.

I'm trying to do it by sending the keyboard keys to the Display Properties window.

I ended up doing it with the program EZMacros instead.

Powerstrip is also another way to do this.
