I've had great success with the KeyboardEx plug-in created by Mario Ivankovits. I'm using the 2.2 version from April 10 2003.
Is there is a limit to the number of keys that can be blocked by this plug-in? I have 39 keys blocked by it now and it seems to be working. But, sometimes a key will get through and then I have to go back and re-learn it before that specific key will be blocked again.
