Hauppauge PVR350 remote support

Can I use the Hauppauge 350 remote with girder and USBIRT?

Could I still use if for SageTV? (I'm unhappy with the performance of the 350 card IR sensor.)

Hi

I am not a girder expert, but the answer to both of your questions is yes.

You can use the hauppauge plugin or you can edit you irremote.ini file and use the exent.exe to execute the girder commands.

If you did it the second way, you could not edit the sagetv section of the ini file and say edit the myhtpc section and so leave sagetv unaffected and have girder work for myhtpc from the hauppage remote.
