Hi there...

Just have a small problem with girder and windvr3 working together and also winfast remote with all this...
1) girder recognizes the commands from remote (winfast) only about 20% of the time, if even that and NO it's not the batteries and remote works fine with the orig. softw. (Winfast)
2) Even if by some miracle i get the command from the reomte to girder, I cannot program girder to understand windvr3 software - it does recognize some commands like channel up/full screen properly but others... volume etc. ... not

Maybe someone knows something about this or maybe i am doing something wrong... but i doubt that...

Thanks in advance... And sorry to bother

I have the latest Girder 3.3.1c and using the WinFast 2000XP plugin which downloaded from girder.nl - ok, now the only thing that I could think of is that the WinFast 2000XP plugin does not work for me, since I have Winfast 2000XP deluxe??!! But this is also doubtful...
And now I discovered that after installing newer ver. of girder - the remote trouble is somewhat gone, I mean it works fine takes commands from the remote as long as I dont load Windvr3 - as soon as I have loaded windvr3 the remote stops working - it no longer takes IR commands from the remote... weird!!! It makes no sense, but thats the way it is, i've even tested it with other programs and everything is fine, but i want/need to use windvr since every other tv software is no good especially the crap that is given with the winfast card! Or if anyone knows of a good soft that might have the pic quality as good as windvr, then PLEASE let me know, I am going out of my mind with this s...t

Now ofcourse there is a chance that I've missed something about using girder and doing something wrong as far as the setup...

I just did another test, that after I it girder has stopped taking IR commands I loaded the plugin once more and it started to work right away... So best guess is that the error is due to the plugin which is not exactly right for me... And since I have no idea how to modify or fix this please help... Again, thank You in advance and sorry to bother!

I don't have your hardware/software combo so its hard for me to give you GOOD suggestions :( Did you try searching here? I know there are threads on your plugin/hardware and they may answer you questions...
