I had to reinstall windows, and when I did so, I lost my install of girder, I saved my order confirmation/Order number BUT when I input the info into the site which is supposed to renew my Girder install, I get a error message, "order number not found" where can I go to contact the girder folks to get a new liscense number of have my info added to the database so my old liscense works? Or am I just out 19. Bucks....?
