So ButtonMode is here again - not a bug at this time,
I have added some functionality - repeat option is now available
also for initial button press.

I got this idea when I needed to setup Girder so that it would slide
volume by small steps at first and after the button is held for a logner
period to increase the step and thus slide the volume faster.
Now button mode can handle that using this simple trick.
It is backward compatible with BM 1.2

This is one of the best PluGins i have found so far! Thanks man! Any chance of getting some more features added to it like allow multiple events after being held down for certain periods of time? Is there a chance i can get the source code to this?
