saa713x problem....

I, i have installed the latest version of girder on my win xp pro, i have a capture card with remote control "Fly Tv prime 30 FM" i have downloaded the plugin for that card saa713x, installed... and when i go to File -> Setting -> Plugin and select that plugin whe i push apply my PC is extinguished without warning like if the current lacked and then it leaves again alone.. why? :cry: Please help me! PS: sorry for my english
