Have you by any change set the wrong comport ?

oh yeah, askey :wink:. I have no experiences with that plugin sorry.

I had Girder running finde for over a year now using the Askey 1.1 plugin for the remote of my TV card. But now I had to reinstall the drivers for the TVCard and suddenly Girder went mad: when I enable the Askey input device, Girder is pretending to get a command from the remote evey second, i.e. the icon is blinking like mad, although I do not press any key!!!
So I'm not able to use Girder any longer because of all those "Ghost" remote commands the real IR commands are not coming through :sad:
Any help on this ?

Sorry if I was a bit unclear on that. Indeed I do not use any COM-port. The IR-Receiver ist part of my brooktree based TVCard. I can bite my *** that I did not follow the old "never touch a running system" wisdom :wink: Somehow the new driver installation does not seem to like the Askey plugin or Girder...
