asm source for pic 12c509 (uir)?

Please read the UIR homepage carefully there you would find that they do not release the sourcecode to the UIR. There is however a new design being made, the UIRT check that one out.

You could use the windows software noted on the UIR page to convert the code to assembly. Would this help?
