Remote Wonder Issue

Hi, i have a issue with the remote wonder for ati all in wonder 9600xt...

The problem is, i set up everything the way i should have...i think lol the problem is i enable the tv under display, but it doesn't show the tv on my monitor. I have a vcr hooked up with my tv because my tv only has cable input. Can i do this? or because of my crappy tv i cant have tv on my computer? Plz help!

First of all, you're in the wrong forum. You might try an ati forum somewhere. But, I'll lend a hand. If you are using the vcr rather than directly hooking up the cable, I'm assuming you're using the rca inputs? So you need to set the input to composite rather than cable. The B button switches between inputs by default. Try cycling through them and see what happens.

The way I have mine set up is I have the cable split and plugged in so I can change channels on the computer, I also have the composite video coming in to get the digital cable channels that the decoder can't get.

but i think he means he's got TV Out enabled, but can't get it displaying on his TV (for monitor 2, or for a clone of monitor 1)... but reading over it again, i'll try and figure out what he's doing... but i don't know what he wants.

it seems he's trying to "enable TV Out" (enabling TV under the display tab in the advanced display properties) and wanting to use the TV tuner on his graphics card to watch TV on his monitor....

if that's the case, you gotta either A) install the MMC (multimedia center) software that came w/ the AIW card, or get another TV Tuner software, and just use that.

if that's not the case, i'd suggest you asking over in the ATI forums, not that we don't mind helping... but this isn't the place to do it.
