View Full Version : Girder, Logitech keyboard & multimedia keys

hi
i've got a "Logitech cordless desktop" keyboard with many special keys.
When i try to learn an event with these keys, nothing happend.
Is there any solution? (i try keyboard EX plugin but it doesn't works)

make sure you close i touch before you try and use the keys as it probably will intercept them before they reach girder

it seems to be very complicated!!!

iTouch will intercept the keys so you should turn it off.
Download the keyboard ex plugin. When you press one of the multimedia keys, you should see Girder's "light" flash.

Girder mayl not be able to detect ALL multimedia keys. If you search here using multimedia you will find many posts on the subject.

this is the problem
i closed itouch, install plugin (keyboardex) but when i press a mm touch, i can't see girder's light flash.

Just to make sure, you have Girder working otherwise?
Did you enable the plugin in the setup page?
Try the other plugin...

yes, girder works fine and i enable the plugin.
i also try GKIR-XP but i have always the message "no event data found" with the multimedia keys.

You need to go to the configuration panel first
