There is no keyboard key that will take you to the ROOT MENU.

Actually, there is. Try sending "LR" keystrokes (without qoutes) using the keyboard action. Make sure you have the "Alternative proc." check box checked. For "Target" check the "CyberLink Video Window Class" (Class Name) check box along with the "Match invisible Tasks" check box.

Similarly you can access the following menus:

Chapter "LC" keystrokes
Subtitles "LS" keystrokes
Subtitle Language "U" keystroke

Good luck!

HI

Try using the capture option in command tab.
Then execute the command with your mouse and
finaly test the results one by one.
One of all maybe works.

Hi.. U luv your product, can;t wait till it comes out.. you have my support.

Ok.. I have a PACKARD BELL MEDIA RECIEVER, and I'm using a SONY REMOTE from a DVD PLAYER. By using a plugin, I get the remote to work perfectly. I can control almost all the functions of POWERDVD, either by KEYBOARD, or ACTION. Including launching of the software, eject and closing of it. IT ROCKS! And I'm using a real DVD remote too!

The only thing I can't get to work is the DVD MENU function. When you press "L" a window comes up, then you choose ROOT MENU, TITLE MENU, AUDIO MENU, I intrested in ROOT MENU.
There is no keyboard key that will take you to the ROOT MENU.

SO I try a TARGET Thingy.. I can't get it to work. IT does nothing. I takes 2 clicks to activate the Root MENU, one to click in a icon in the program window that gets the menu window up, and two to click on "ROOT MENU" ,
Can you help me?

I have been succesfull halfway. meaning, using the target feture, I can get the menu windows to come up, but how do i choose ROOT MENU or AUDIO MENU once opened?

Thanks

Yep you were right!
LR , that did it. I got everything I need from the palm of my hand.

I'm using a FAST MEDIA RECIEVER, AND A SONY
RMT-D117A DVD remote.
PLUS the SFH_76 IGOR PLUGIN.
Like this you can use almost any remote you want.
If any one needs info on how to get that to work. LEt me know. thetap@bellatlantic.net

thank you

I'm doing this too. But that little menu pops up briefly every time. Is there a way to hide it?
