I'm just getting started with Girder, and I've managed to get it to put text into notepad in response to a keyboard event.
I want to get it to respond to an IR command into a redrat2 but I can't seem to get it to respond. It just says waiting for input and nothing happens. I have both keyboard and redrat driver enabled in the settings hardware plugins tab. I've also tried disabling keyboard so only redrat is selected.
Am I supposed to be running some other task - another thread implied that there was some kind of redrat server that could display the redrat data strings?
I also want to output commands through redrat to my satellite receiver, I've got the redrat plugin enabled in hardware tab, but it doesn't appear in the plugins tab of the main window.
