Events OUT of MCE

Hi,
I'm trying to get track, elapsed time and hopefully things like TV channel, and picture-name - all out of MCE using girder.

I've read a lot about how to control MCE but nothing about these sort of events. I'd like to display them on my VFD.

Is this something that Girder can do, as is, or do I require a plugin specifically for this. I tried using DVDSpy and the WMP events but MCE but use something different to play tracks as the events weren't triggered. I also tried capturing events but unfortunately it only got my mouse clicks.

Any help would be apprecaited.

I do not know of anyone who has found away to get this information from MCE. It would be nice :)

Since my message I've actually heard that the latest (beta) version does yield some info, at least the variables that DVDSpy capture. So it's a start.
