If the window name isn't always the same then you just uncheck the name matching in the target window nothing hard about that.

Hi There.
I have a problem with Girder or PowerDVD, don't know which one is causing the trouble.
The thing is, when I execute PowerDVD.exe from girder, PowerDVD dosn't work, can't start the film when I hit play (autoplay doesn't work either). It just blinks and then nothing else.
When I run PowerDVD.exe from Explorer, and then uses functions created in girder, things are working fine. There must be a difference between when Girder launches and when you launch the program yourself.
Please help.
My OS is WinXP, Girder 3.0.23 & PowerDVD 4.0
Regards Brian

I've tried that now, but i doesn't help, or else im not doing it right. I am a newbie with Girder so...
Why does it have to target, the only problem is that when Girder launches the PowerDVD.exe, i can't press play and watch the film, even if I press the actual Play button in PowerDVD. I'm confused.
Hope you can help me anyway.
Regards
Brian

You have to use the button Target to point what you want to use as shortcut in the right window. Otherwise, Girder can't find in which application you want to refer.
Maybe you have to "epure" (is it the same in english ?!?) a bit what is said if your window is not always the same ((((like in Winamp if you're playing a file... the title of window take the file name))).
Did i made myself clear or not ?
Good luck.. it's not so easy to configure (and long to do)... but it's really powerfull
