Button support for navigating the MJ listing

I would like to be able to navigate the MJ listing control (i.e. the explorer-like control that displays all of the songs) without using a stylus. Would it be possible to have 9 different button controls?


Up
Down
Right (also opens node on tree)
Left (also closes node on tree)
PageUp
PageDown
Click (to bring up menu list)
Select (to select a value from menu list)
Escape (to cancel menu list)
On my iPaq I would use the directional pad and hard buttons so you would not need to use the stylus.

When the tree has focus, the nav pad should control the tree.

Up/Down works as normal.
Left/Right opens/closes tree.
The next release will have support for the "select" key (nav down on most PPC's), which will add it to the current playlist.

Do you think this is adequate? The only thing missing is the menu stuff.
