Note I changed the name of some of the feedback functions. I promise this is the last time!!
New Features:
* DVD Changer Support for DVD Profiler. Looks for "changer_id=xxx" on a line of it's own in the DVD notes. You will also need to add the IR codes to "DVD Changer Control" section.
* Will extract DVD rip file location from "file=c:\path\to\dvd\VIDEO_TS.IFO" on a line of it's own in DVD notes
* Will handle BMP cover art
* Added panel change feedback commands and examples (but see below)
* Added check for LUA-Socket plugin
* Moved noimage.jpg into the code - you can delete it from disk
* Added caching of encoded image data - may use a lot of memory
* Added LDJ.NEXT_PAGE and LDJ.PREV_PAGE functions for big screen CCF designers
* Made the "DVD_List_Up_Down" a configurable variable
* Added a pathetic readme.txt
Known bugs/requests:
* Need to add code to get "changer_id" from "collection #" in DVD Profiler
* Go device with a panel may not work (yet)
* XML special characters not parsed
* No ISO rip support
