Hi. NetRemote is awesome! I'm seeing a few problems with Media Center 9 though...

I'm running:
- NetRemote 0.98 on PocketPC 2002 (Toshiba e704)
- MediaCenter 9.0.114 (beta)
- WebRemote 1.0.6

I'm seeinng:
- WebRemote crashes MC9 when I hit the the button on my PPC linked to the "Execute Previous Track" command. (Next Track works fine however.)
- Also I'm seeing random hangs and crashes after playing about 10 songs in my playlist.

I found an SDK for WR and built a debug version to see if I could figure out what was going on. But it appeared to be an older version that was incompatible with NR .98. I'm not sure where to get a newer version.

Let me know if I can be of any help in debugging these problems.

Hi Warren,

Do you know a bit about Media Jukebox / Media Center?

I'd be happy to pass you the current WebRemote code so you can help diagnose where it might be bombing, as well as to help implement some of the features of control you'd like to see.

Shoot me an email with your real email address and I'll send the code off to you.

Thanks Warren.

I'd be happy to see what I can do, but no guarantees of course. Here's my email address: netremote.5.warren @ recursor.net.

Hey Ewok - I really am interested in helping to debug this. I do have access to Purify too which might help us track down the problem. Send me the code, or let me know if you have trouble sending to my address for some reason.

Warren

Hi Warren,

Did you receive the code I sent you?

Any luck, yet?
