Can't seem to get it working.... and I could find the instructions for setting it up.

Can anyone hlep who has it working?

I have DHCP running the network, rather than static IPS, and I don't want to have to keep changing thing around....

I thought I read that Ben had implemented this feature in the .982 version.....

TIA-Carl

Answered my own question....

Here is how for others.

Identify the machine name for the computer that is running Media Center and Girder. Several ways to do this... here is an easy one:
1) Open Control Panel
2) Open the "System" item
3) Click on the "Computer Name" tab
4) Look next to the "Full Computer Name" label

In the configuration portion of NetRemote:
1) highlight the MediaPlayerDriver
2) press the configure button=
3) in the box labled "Host" type in the machine name exactly
*** DO NOT use the '\\' preceeding the host name.

Hope this helps someone. -Carl

PS - Zak, feel free to lift this for the User's Guide!!! (great work BTW)
