Open a Webpage on IE Load - Execute Not Parsing Right?

Just wondering if there is a way to pass arguments on executes in girder. I'm trying to set something up so a web page loads when I press a button on my remote (I want it to load in kiosk mode).

It seems that girder is parsing the command wrong - and therefore explorer won't run it. I've tried adding directory info before iexplore, and even used "'s around the full command.

Is this possible, or just not possible with the current program implementation?
(Even just getting to pass the webpage to open to IE would be great.)
