After you checked match invisible tasks did you also press refresh ?

Have you tried checking the "Match Invisible Tasks" checkbox in Girder's Target Selector window?

This may be possible already but I couldnt figure it out. Sending commands to windows that are in the tray seems to be impossible (at least, I can't in WinXP...). bRadio is the one app I was trying to get working (send to tray, bring back, etc)...but there seems to be no way to send a command to it once its in the tray.

Nope, that doesn't show anything in the tray (at least not this program).
