This might be a long shot, but give the winfast or the pixelview drivers a shot. If you have some programing experience you might want to try and modify one of these, it should not be too hard to do....

Hi,
Winfast2000 girder driver can be modified to work with Flyvideo98.
I've done this a year ago, The reason I haven't released the driver is because it was very buggy. (It did work most of the time)
The conclusion I got to is that it was due to bugs in the card BT8x8 driver.

I think the best solution is to use a serial based IR (best with a PIC to reduce CPU load).

Anyway I've just founded that DScaler (the driver Winfast2000 girder driver is using to access hardware) is working without the card drivers, which means there is a possiblelity to write a girder driver for BT8x8 cards (like the Flyvideo) that would not be depended on the card drivers.

I'll give it a look when I have time.

Shay Levy.

Use bRemote From http://www.borgtech.org. It works great with flyvideo.

Hi,
I have a Flyvideo Videocard, and I use DScaler. I was wondering if I can also use my Remote Control )
I have no idea where to start, and what to do.
I guess thats not a big deal...
Thanks in advance,
dimo
