Hi
I've got Girder up and running with the internet event server plugin and the example gml/ccf files on my HTPC and Axim X5
When I run netremote (client), girder displays the NRCLIENT.REGISTER
message but from that point I can get none of the example controls to work :(
I've tried Jens HTPC v1.1g and also the demo gml for the initial demo file (with hello girder, sliders etc)
Any pointers?

Do you have all the needed LUA-plugins installed?

yep. As far as I can tell. I follow the instructions through a couple of times.
I aleady have Girder installed so I didn't select 'download/install girder' just the 'install plugins' bit.
Perhaps I'm missing some registry settings or something...
I suppose I could backup my current (finely tuned!) girder setup and let netremote re-install for me.

Can you execute commands in Girder from NetRemote?
If not, check the password settings in both Girder and NetRemote to make sure they are the same.
If so, then it's definitely an issue with versions of plugins and lua files.

the netremote password field for a plugin is under that button labeled 'Settings'. You must uncheck the box next to the plugin name in order to enable this button, change the password to what it is in girder (typically
'girder') then recheck the box next to the wanted plugin name in order to reenable the plugin.
Took me weeks to figure this out. Now I'm a NR Smartiepantsjavascript:emoticon('')
