I know im probably not the first shmuck coming in here to ask this question so if you'd rather point me to an answer then give one yourself I'd udnerstand and appreciate it.

I got suckered into buying a 'packard bell fast media remote' It came with the little sensor thing, a flimsy manual and thats it.

I put batteries in, and hooked it up to the port on my computer... and I've downloaded grider.

I'm running XP pro... and I can't seem to get it to work.

Help me please!!
