request: reload NF/CCF command

Often netremote (Win32) will disconnect from girder feedback and I stop receiving LUADVDjukebox feedback info - it fixes itself if I quit NR and restart.

Can we make a button that essentially does the same thing? quit and reload?

A guestion: Does this *still* happen with 0.996?

I *may* have fixed this (it doesn't happen to me now) but I can't be sure. And I think Ben would have incorporated any fix into 0.996.

If it's not fixed, I will keep on looking.
