Using Remote Control

hello,
i have this tv tunner http://www.reset.bg/shuttle2fm.htm
(CHRONOS VIDEO SHUTTLE II CAPTURE TV/FM TUNER CARD).
I want to use its remote control (RM-050) to control some other programs,
for example : Winamp BSPlayer and so on.
How can i do that with this program, or another ?

For more info : I use Fly 2000 TV to watch TV and listen to radio.
In the Device Manager/Sound, video and game controllers my tuner is :
TV Capture Card WDM TV Tuner
TV Capture Card WDM Video Capture.

I use Windows XP.
