window drag problem

In the new version (win32),
if I drag the mouse/pen over a text label/frame, then the whole netremote window moves

(this even happens when it is full screen)

this problem is new in 1.0

I should disable this if the window frame is showing (or fullscreen), but although this is different, is it a problem otherwise?

It's quite handy when the frame is hidden, but it's very irritating when full-screen.
