when my HA box starts up (WinXP) it starts slower then the NRIRSRV service, thus not seeing my USB-UIRT... can you add an adjustable delay into the service so it "initializes" after a set # of seconds?

Instead of running nrirserv.exe directly from the startup folder, use a batch... Like that you can wait as much as you want before nrirserv starts
