Problems with Netremote 0.9963

Hi All,

This has probably already been discussed in several posts but I cannot find the answer. I switched from from 0.99 to 0.9963. After doing this and using the same CCF file the buttons for next and previous song don't work anymore and the MJB list won't work. Any suggestions or should i just wait for version 1.0??

You need a newer remoteserver.dll. But I believe the one for your version has been pulled for now because version 1 is imminent.

The suite download from the thread here should include the required RemoteServer.dll.

The 1.0 release -is- imminent but will most likely not be until after I return on the 17th, so I recommend trying to get it to work with the 0.9963 build).

Hi Ben,

If I download the remoteserver.dll from the Suite it gives me version 1.14. Netremote won't run with this, if I use the one from Media 10.149 which is version 5.0 I have the earlier described problem.

Hi Ben,

I must be doing something wrong, I tried the last one and it has the same problems as the one supplied with MC10.

I have 3 dll's now:

Directory of C:\Program Files\J River\Media Center

07/03/2004 06:50 PM 225,280 RemoteServer.dll
12/06/2003 11:56 PM 221,184 RemoteServer114.dll
02/19/2004 03:00 PM 237,568 RemoteServer500.dll

The only combination that works is the 114 version with netremote 0.99.

Don't worry about it, I will be travelling until the 16th so I will wait for version 1.0.
